We are strictly following government guidelines; therefore, all of our plants are provided with a PLANT PASSPORT.
What is a Plant Passport?
Plant passports are a official document to move regulated plants and plant products within Great Britain (Englant, Scotland and Wales).
Why our plants have little or no roots?
Our legally imported plants from South Korea must go through a cleansing and quarantine process before being shipped to the United Kingdom. Treatment includes; All excess soil is removed from the roots, roots are cut and shortened, plants are sprayed to combat any pests or diseases, plants are dried for a couple of days and are finally inspected before being released.
Note: Succulents roots will easily grow back in a suitable soil mix. It may take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for new roots to grow.
